The website offers fishing equipment and accessories (including rods, reels, bait, and accessories). Prices of all goods and services are provided in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices. Detailed product descriptions and pricing are available on the website.

4. Online Payments

Orders can be paid via the PayU system, which supports BLIK, payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secured with an SSL certificate.

5. Package and Voucher Terms

Service packages (e.g. 3, 5, 10 sessions) and vouchers, if offered, have a validity period specified in their description. Unused sessions after the package validity period expires are forfeited. Packages and vouchers are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties unless otherwise stated.

6. Appointment Cancellation Policy

For scheduled services (appointments, sessions), cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of 50% of the service price is charged. In case of no-show without notice, the fee is 100% of the service price.

7. Returns and Complaints

The customer has the right to withdraw from an online purchase agreement within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, under consumer rights regulations. Complaints regarding product quality or services should be sent to bigdreamsbait2025@gmail.com (also available in the footer). Each complaint is reviewed individually within 14 days.

8. Prohibited Content

The website does not promote or offer any products or services from categories prohibited by PayU.

9. Final Provisions

These Terms come into force on the date of publication on the website. The service provider reserves the right to amend the Terms.
